Diana has extensive hands-on litigation experience and has successfully represented individuals and insurance companies in various disputes.
She represents clients in cases involving claims of civil RICO, business torts, fraud, and breach of contract, among others. Prior to joining A&G, Diana was an associate at Taylor Miller, LLC, where she worked as an insurance defense litigator. While attending law school Diana worked as a legal extern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, independently researching and drafting appellate briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
