Will has successfully represented businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and various other controversies. He represents clients in both trial and appellate courts with a focus on efficient dispute resolution.
Will’s litigation practice areas include breach of contract, civil fraud and conspiracy, commercial leasing and foreclosures, real estate title issues, insurance defense, and disputes arising under the False Claims Act and the Uniform Commercial Code. He also advises businesses on entity formation and contract negotiations. His pro bono efforts include prisoner civil rights litigation and helping transgender clients navigate legal issues that arise during their transition.
Will is a contributing author to the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education on issues of trial and pleading practice. Before joining A&G, he was of counsel to King Holloway, LLC where he focused on business and real estate litigation.
